Vision E-Commerce Automations (Pvt.) Ltd., trading as Vision Automations, operates this site. Browsing or contacting us here means you accept these terms. They also apply alongside your project agreement.
Using this website
You may browse and contact us. Do not damage or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content commercially without permission.
Project agreements
This website describes our services; it is not an offer for a specific product. A separate proposal, statement of work or agreement defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and project terms. A signed agreement takes precedence if terms conflict.
Fees and payment
We agree fees and payment schedules in writing before starting. Late payment may delay delivery or support.
Ownership
Our website content, branding and design belong to Vision Automations. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own your custom software after paying all applicable fees. We may reuse general knowledge, existing tools, libraries and components that are not specific to your product.
Confidentiality
Both parties must keep shared business information private and use it only for the project. This continues after the project ends.
Warranties and liability
We work with reasonable skill and care and address issues raised in good faith, but cannot promise defect-free software. Where the law permits, liability is limited to the engagement fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Third-party services
We help select and integrate services such as payment processors and cloud hosting. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or actions.
Governing law
Pakistan's laws and courts govern these terms and project disputes, unless the relevant service agreement says otherwise.
Updates
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to projects under a signed agreement.
